Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Nothing on this site, and nothing returned by any third-party tool linked from it, may be used to make decisions about credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or any other purpose the FCRA covers.
How Current Is the Information
Rolls get corrected, offices change portals and fees, directory collections move shelves, and coverage years shift as digitization projects advance. We work to keep the pages current, but no detail here is guaranteed correct at any given moment. Confirm with the custodian office before relying on a record.
No Legal Advice
Nothing provided here is legal advice. Links and explanations describe how Yakima County record sources work, but they cannot replace advice from a qualified attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public rolls exist for transparency, not for harm. Do not use anything found through this site to stalk, harass, intimidate, or hurt any person. Misusing personal information can violate Washington criminal law and federal law, and it violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages include search boxes powered by third-party companies. We do not control what those tools return, what they charge, or how they handle submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
Outbound Links
We link to assessor and recorder portals, elections-office lookups, court searches, library local history collections, archives, and similar resources. We are not responsible for any external site's content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records Hosted on This Site
This site holds no government roll, directory volume, court file, or vital record. It points to the offices, libraries, and portals that do. Obtaining, verifying, or correcting a record means contacting that custodian directly.
